Frequently Asked Questions
Indoor Amusement Park
During the operation of amusement equipment, various problems may arise due to long-term use, environmental factors, etc. Timely detection and effective resolution of these issues are crucial for ensuring the safety of tourists and the normal operation of equipment. Below is a detailed introduction to common problems and corresponding solutions of amusement equipment.
Mechanical issues
Motor malfunction
Fault performance
Unable to start: After pressing the start button, the motor has no response.
High operating noise: The motor produces a piercing and abnormal sound during operation.
Severe fever: After the motor has been working for a period of time, the temperature becomes too high, and even smoke appears.
terms of settlement
Check power connection: Check for any open or short circuits in the power line, ensure that the plug and socket are securely connected, and that the power cord is not damaged.
Problem manifestations: The motor cannot start, produces loud noise during operation, generates severe heat, and even emits smoke.
Solution: Check if the power connection of the motor is normal and if there are any open or short circuits; Check if the bearings of the motor are worn, and replace them in a timely manner if they are worn; Clean the dust and debris inside the motor, check if the winding is damaged, and if it is damaged, professional personnel need to repair or replace the winding.
Problem manifestations: Loose and slipping chains, gear wear and breakage, belt aging and cracking, etc., leading to unstable equipment operation or inability to transmit normally.
Solution: Adjust the tightness of the chain and replace severely worn chains and gears; Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the chain and gears; Replace aged or damaged belts and adjust the tension of the belts.
Problem manifestations: The braking distance is too long, the braking is not responsive, or the equipment still slides slightly after braking.
Solution: Check the wear of the brake pads, and replace them promptly if the wear exceeds the specified limit; Adjust the clearance and pressure of the braking device to ensure effective braking; Check whether the brake fluid is sufficient and whether there is any leakage in the pipeline. If there is a problem, replenish the brake fluid or repair the pipeline in a timely manner.
Problem manifestations: malfunction of operation buttons, disorder of device running programs, abnormal display on the screen, etc.
Solution: Check if the connecting wire of the button is loose and if the button itself is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it; Check and debug the programs of the control system, repair or update abnormal programs; Check the power supply and connection wires of the display screen, repair any faults, and replace any damaged display screen.
Problem manifestation: The seat belt buckle is not tight, and the safety bar cannot be locked or unlocked properly, posing a safety hazard.
Solution: Check the buckle mechanism of the seat belt and safety bar, clean up debris, lubricate moving parts, repair or replace damaged parts; Inspect the hydraulic or pneumatic system of the safety bar to ensure normal pressure and no leakage in the pipeline.
