Incoming Materials Check
Raw material inspection is the first step in our quality control process. It involves a thorough examination of all materials and components that will be used in the construction of indoor playgrounds. This includes assessing the quality, size, nature, durability, and safety of materials, as well as verifying that they conform to industry and regulatory requirements.

Meticulous Manufacturing Process
Skilled craftsmen and technicians produce indoor playground equipment according to the approved design and precise measurements.

Finished Product Inspection
The indoor playground components are assembled at the manufacturing facility to verify that all parts fit together seamlessly and correctly installed and meet safety and quality standards.
The playground is ready for use, and any minor adjustments are made as necessary.
Rigorous examination, including load-bearing tests, stability checks, and safety inspections, is conducted to ensure that it can withstand the demands of active play

Shipment Packing Inspection
Once the playground is complete, it is carefully disassembled, packed, and labeled for shipping to the installation site. Clear assembly instructions and necessary hardware are included.

Localized Installation & Debugging
A team of 2 experienced installers arrives at the site and in cooperation with local workers reassembles the playground according to the provided plans and instructions.
All safety features, anchoring systems, and connections are thoroughly checked during installation.
Safety Checklist

Look for trip hazards.

Avoid sharp edges or points on equipment.

Safety-tested rubber or rubber-like materials are used.

Make sure that high areas have guardrails to avoid falls.

Children should be supervised on playgrounds to ensure their safety.

Regular examination of equipment and surfaces to avoid malfunction.

Play structures taller than 30 inches should be spaced at least 9 feet apart.

Check for potentially harmful hardware, such as open "S" hooks or protruding bolt ends.

Ensure that the surfaces around the indoor playground equipment have at least 12 inches of wood chips or mulch.

The protective surface should extend at least 72 inches in all directions from play equipment. Swings, in particular, surface should be double the height of the suspending bar in front and back.

Spaces that might trap children, such as gaps in guardrails or between ladder rungs, should be less than 3.5 inches and no more than 9 inches.
