Below is a detailed guide outlining each step of our shipping and receiving process. Please review and follow these checkpoints carefully to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe experience when your indoor playground equipment arrives:
1. Verify Container and Seal Numbers
· Why it matters: Double-checking the container number and its seal ensures you’ve received the correct shipment and avoids unnecessary confusion.
· Action: Match the container number and seal number to the documents provided. If there’s any discrepancy, contact us immediately.
2. Open the Container Door Safely
· Why it matters: Contents may have shifted during transit; opening the doors too quickly could result in items toppling out.
· Action: Slowly crack open the container door, keeping clear of any potential falling or unstable pieces. Use caution and, if possible, have a second person assist.

3. Inspect for Damage
· Why it matters: Detecting damage early allows for prompt resolution and helps protect your claim rights.
· Action: Look for any sign of water damage, broken crates, dents, scrapes, scratches, or torn packaging. If you find visible damage:
· Document thoroughly: Take clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles.
· Keep packaging: Do not discard any damaged packaging until further instructions are provided.
4.Match Shipments to Packing List
· Why it matters: Ensures you have received all the components and prevents delays in installation or use.
· Action: Compare the contents of each crate or package against the packing list.
· Report discrepancies: Any missing pieces or inaccuracies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Consequences: Failure to report promptly may result in denial of a claim.
5. Understand Freight Methods and Charges
· Why it matters: We strive to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method, but customers need to be aware of associated responsibilities.
·Action:
· Note that: We reserve the right to choose the transportation carrier and shipping method.Freight charges will be billed to the customer.
· No Pallets: Our kids’ playground components are not typically palletized; packages come in various shapes and sizes (often around 2.5 CBM).A single package can weigh up to 85 kg (187 lbs).
6. Prepare for Unloading
· Why it matters: Ensures safety and prevents damage when dealing with large or heavy packages.
·Action: Have a team of 2–3 able-bodied individuals ready to lift and unload. Proper lifting techniques and safety precautions are strongly advised.
7. Responsible Storage
· Why it matters: Proper storage helps protect your investment and avoids accidental damage.
·Action: Once unloaded, it is the customer’s responsibility to store all parts safely until they are ready for assembly or installation.
